Touchline HQ is a private team-management app used by approved football team members. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information we collect
Depending on your role and the features you use, Touchline HQ may collect account details, team membership, availability and attendance, match and player statistics, performance-testing information, readiness responses, injury reports, announcements and device information needed for notifications and security.
How information is used
Information is used to provide team administration, scheduling, availability, lineup, match-day, performance and notification features; maintain account security; and support the operation of the app.
Role-based access
Information is restricted according to assigned roles. Coaches and authorised team managers receive broader administrative access. Sensitive readiness and injury information is restricted to authorised roles. Players and parents receive only the information appropriate to their accounts.
Sharing and sale of data
Touchline HQ does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with authorised members of the relevant team and service providers needed to operate the app, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention and deletion
Information is retained only while required to provide the service or meet legal and operational obligations. Users may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting support.
Children and team participation
Where a player is under the age required to consent independently, a parent, guardian or authorised team representative must arrange and supervise account access as appropriate.
Your choices
You may update certain account information and notification preferences in the app. You may also request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
